Currently we have 3 different review work flows. When they are all turned on, customer one will go through the testimonial work flow, customer two the 3rd party review work flow, and customer three the push a platform work flow.
- Testimonials: This work flow will help you get more testimonials for your website. We will ask a customer for a rating and feedback which will get logged into our system. We will also show them your 3rd party review links to help increase reviews on 3rd party platforms.
- 3rd Party Reviews: For this work flow, we do not ask for written feedback through our system. The customer will rate you, then we show them your review links. This is the best setting to help you get reviews on 3rd party platforms.
- Push a Platform: You can direct customers to a specific platform by using this workflow.
- IMPORTANT: We DO NOT post reviews directly to 3rd party platforms like Google and Facebook. These platforms do not allow this. We also show unhappy customers your review links. It’s against many of the 3rd party platforms Terms of Service (TOS) to not show these links so we follow their TOS.
The configuration settings will adjust the rating for your business and the type of icon they see.
- Rating format: We offer different ways a customer can rate you. They can rate your business with a Star, Smiley or Thumb icon.
- Minimum Happiness Rating: Most users select either 4 or 5 for this setting. 4 is recommended. Our Star rating uses the rating of 1-5, Smilely uses 1, 3, 5 and then Thumbs uses 1, 5.
Below explains some of our other settings.
- Throttle requests: You can adjust the time that we add to a set of feedback requests added at the same time. If you were to bulk upload 5 customers, and have 5 minutes selected, we will add 5 minutes in-between the send time for each request.
- Send more than one: By default this setting is off. When on, we will send a set of feedback requests everytime the same customer is added to our system.
- Language: You can select different languages for customer feedback facing pages. If you need a language added, please contact support.
