To manage and add customers click the Customers tab. Here you can view your pending customers, happy customers and unhappy customers.

Pending customers are customers you added to RR, and haven’t left feedback yet. They will stay in this list until they leave feedback.

Happy customers are customers that went to your feedback page, and reached your happy feedback page. They are moved to this list.

Your unhappy customer list are customers that leave unhappy feedback and land on your suggestions page. These customers are moved to this list.

To delete a customer click the delete button.

You can also export your customers to a CSV file by clicking this button and downloading the file.

To add a customer click on add a customer.
