To get to the Review Settings page hover over My Account and click Settings, then click Review Settings.

On the review settings page you can change your star rating threshold and background image.

The default is set so unhappy customers are sent to your internal page if they click 1, 2 or 3 stars and happy customers are sent to 3rd party review links if they click 4 or 5 stars.

If you wanted your customers to see your happy feedback page at 3 stars and up, you would enter a 3 here, and click update settings.

Now when they click 3 stars and leave feedback, they will be directed to your happy feedback page.

To upload a different background image, simply upload a picture with these dimensions. You can also choose from one of the other options we have in the system.

Click update settings after making changes to these settings.
